Dear Pickleball Patriot,
On September 11, 2025, we commemorate the 24th anniversary of the tragic 9/11 terrorist attacks, which claimed over 3,000 American lives—the deadliest terrorist attack in history.
This year, we’re expanding the 2025 Great American 9/11 Pickleball Club Challenge by inviting every Pickleball Club in America to join us in this meaningful movement. By hosting a satellite event at your club, you can unite your community, honor the memory of 9/11, and raise vital funds for deserving First Responder charities. Your participation will help us support even more organizations in 2025, making a tangible difference for those who serve and sacrifice for our nation.
Hosting a satellite event is simple, impactful, and rewarding. Here’s how you can get started:
Register Your Club: Simply complete the participation form below.
Choose Your Format: Host a round robin, open play, or clinic—whatever suits your club’s vibe. Keep it fun and inclusive for all skill levels.
Spread the Word: We provide the event poster, banner artwork, and social media templates for your club to rally your club and community.
Collect Donations: We recommend collecting $40/person
($20 will go to Athletes for America and $20 for a favorite local first-responder charity of your choice!) If you don’t have a favorite local first-responder charity, you can simply collect a $20 donation for Athletes for America and our vetted First Responder charities.
Celebrate Unity: Any time you choose from September 11 through September 14, 2025, join hundreds of clubs nationwide in hosting an event that honors 9/11 and celebrates the spirit of service.
By hosting a satellite event, your club becomes part of a National Movement to honor 9/11 and support the heroes who keep us safe. Together, we can make the 2025 Great American 9/11 Pickleball Club Challenge the Largest 9/11 Pickleball Fundraiser in America, fostering community, patriotism, and generosity across the country.
We thank you in advance for your participation and support. Let’s make a difference together—one paddle at a time!
Sincerely,
Billy McGehee
